I've been doing this workout for 4 weeks, I've managed to add roughly 20kg to my squats, 15kg to my bench press and about 20 to my rows. But i've hit a wall now failing them this morning, so am i right to drop the weight by 15-20% + start again working my way back up? I would of checked the sticky but it seems to have disappeared!
