    training using same weight??

    hey guys im 121lbs trying to bulk, i'm eating on calories surplus daily now. and i can't access gym due to the expensive membership fee. however i saved up and got myself 2 dumbells[both 11lbs each side] and 1 barbell[22lbs each side]

    so is it possible to bulk up training using the same weight?? thanks . i'm doing ICF routine btw

    you cant really make strength gains if you never lift more than 11lbs. If you can't afford a gym you need to get creative. Go out finding rocks, put them in bags, find some thick chains in the workshed, roadside collections even have old weights about sometimes.

    basically, if you can grip it and it's heavier than 11lbs, you can make strength gains. I couldnt get to a gym once and did a shoulder workout with a 45kg power generator.

    Bro don't even bother working out with just 2 dumbells. I done it in the past and it was a waste of time to be honest. srs

    Wait till u can get a gym membership or a real home gym. For now, just do bodyweight squats, pull-ups and push-ups if you REALLY have to workout.
