    Doing Intro to Nutriton, next semester

    What should I expect?
    Feb, 13 - 154 lbs. @ 19.8% b.f.
    Apr, 13 - 157 lbs. @ 15.2% b.f.
    Jul, 13 - 167 lbs. @ 16.7% b.f.

    177 lbs. @ 9% b.f. by Aug, 15.

    Expect a basic introduction to nutrition that centers around overall health. Do not expect a course that is geared towards Sports Nutrition. The basic concepts are not too hard to understand, but I love how everyone who reads these bards suddenly acts as though they have a better understanding of nutrition than most college professors with a degree in the field.
