What course are you doing? Dietetics? Or do you have some Nutrition module for another course?

You should expect conflicting information. The field is still growing and anyone who claims to have all the answers is an idiot. Just remember, everything you read on here is not correct, everything you read in there is not correct, and you should learn to develop your own beliefs based on the ideas presented to you.

Expect a basic introduction to nutrition that centers around overall health. Do not expect a course that is geared towards Sports Nutrition. The basic concepts are not too hard to understand, but I love how everyone who reads these bards suddenly acts as though they have a better understanding of nutrition than most college professors with a degree in the field.
