Did 315 for a 3 second paused rep, accomplished that
tried 355, didnt get it
did 3 sets of 335 for 3
did 3 sets of 315 for 3
last set of 315 and last rep I brought the weight down and it went CLAKKSKKS and i was like OH MY GOD!!
I ran to the bathroom to see if i tore it
it didnt tear, but 3 weeks later it still hurts. Wtf do i do fam

I did similiar tghing once, couldnt move it for a few days, small tear, just move it as you can, start with girl pushups, bench the bar for sets of 10, and add a few lbs each week. after 3 months i was back to heavy weight, but spent plenty of time benching 80 lbs lolTrying to get huge and get to my first meet one day

idk what to say for rehab, but for prehab you should do chest flyes with superlight weight and a good long stretch

Yeah that's similar. But I looked up complete chest tendon tears and it is mostly pics of guys with asymmetrical chests etc... It isnt like that for me, I'm still symmetrical.
