Right now I can deadlift 430 lbs @ 152 lbs
Haven't done any specific exercise that helps with the deadlift do you think it would help me increase it faster at this point then just doing the conventional deadlift?

If your weak point is the lockout; rack pulls, block pulls, hip thrusts are some great assistance movements
If your weak point is off the floor/getting past your knees; deficit deads, pause deads, speed pulls with bands are a few great assistance movements
