I am trying to lower my body fat and getting lean, i read some articles about glycine and other stuff, but i am confused. Please suggest some supplement that helps in increasing natural GH.

engaging in resistance exercise and getting plenty of sleep are probably the two biggest things you can do naturally to have any meaningful impact on GH. Also, make sure you are getting adequate protein, as ingesting in a physiological dose of 0.6 grams of protein per kg body weight has been shown to simulates GH secretion to the same physiological level as either exercise or sleep.

try Intermitent fasting 16h or more fasting.. + fasted state training!
Favourite diet:
Eating all day long Or Intermittent Fasting.
