    BF Estimate (will rep)

    Hi guys I've been cutting for a really long time now and I'd like to know what my bf percent is at now so I know how much longer I have to do this. I'm 5'10" 21 years old 169lbs. I don't know how to put pics here so they are in my progress photos section please check them out and estimate, I'll rep. Thanks

    I've put up a bf estimate thread a long while ago as well and that time everyone was saying 14-17%bf. the problem is my body only holds fat in my lower belly I've pretty much lost it everywhere else so can the lower belly fat mess up my bf percentages?

    It is definitely not 14-17%. 22% + seems right for me.
    Your belly is a part of your body so it counts to your overall bf percentages. Your belly fat will reduce over time, just hit your workouts and your nutrition right and everything will be k!
    Try HIIT as Cardio to lose more bf or just keep going your program if you like the progress.
    It will take a long time until you get to <15%, but keep going dude!

    Okay that sucks alot lol but its good I found out. Yeah I do a lot of hiit and liss cardio and have good nutrition and weight lift 3-5x weekly, I'll stick to it. Thanks alot guys
