    Stats:
    6ft 1
    200lbs
    16.9% bf

    Just finished bulking gonna cut, wondering if these macros are right

    Protein: around 180 - 200g
    Carbs: 160g
    Fats: 100g
    calories: around 2338 (maintenece is 2750)

    Id say looks good OP. If you're dropping weight/BF%/size then youre on the right track. Adjust every few weeks. Good luck.

    Looks fine to me if you think it's a big enough deficit.

    Also don't listen to the guy who said to lower fats, fats are good for you. If you need to lower something eventually lower carbs, imo.
