    whats your go to abs workouts??

    wanting to try some new stuff far as ab workouts, been loosing my abs due to injury and now recovered and wna hit them hard soon

    Laying Leg raises and Hanging Leg raises are my favorite. I Do Gorilla Chin Ups every once in a while also.

    Crunches on a swiss ball. Allows you to get a better stretch at the bottom than a decline bench. Put the plate behind your head, not in your chest. Try supersetting with vacuums or planks.

    well honesty for me i stick with the basics when it comes to abs. my favorite is hanging leg raises bringing my knees high up and then doing twists as well. i feel this is an awesome exercise for the abs altogether. but i also do crunches, lying leg raises with pelvic raise, and i also use machines as well. one thing i do mostly all the time for abs is work them out with lots of heavy resistance. i dont do 50 reps for anything, i usually stick to 12-25 reps and that has really worked well for me. i'm actually starting a prep in the next couple of weeks and will start doing abs every day.
