    If muscles are sore can i still work them out next workout?

    Im doing a full body routine. Today I woke up, and most of my muscles were sore. Today is a rest day, but tomorrow my muscles will most likely be sore. So my question is, can i still workout my muscles even if theyre sore? Its not even that much, only a bit.

    That's up to you, keep in mind though that becoming injured is far more likely to happen
