I currently am 5'8 ,180lbs, 12% bodyfat. I really want to get down to 170lbs at 8% bodyfat. Does anyone have any advice on good macronutrient/refeed ratios.
4 days of the week 20f/40c/40p -2000kcal
2 days of the week 40f/10c/40p-2000kcal (keto days)
1 day of the week 10f/50c/30p-2500kcal (refeed day)
I plan on following this setup and decreasing kcal by 200 each week until i get to my desired weight, any suggestions?

I used to have your same exact stats, and now I'm at your desired stats.. Coincidence? Lol
Anyways, I kept my macros at 2500cals @ 40p/40c/20f, and did startmaster for 25min post workout. Every 2 week I would increase the cardio 5mim until I was sailing at 50min. Got down to 5"8, 173@7.1% ****ing shredded.
But guys on dont like cardio, so hit 2000cals @40/40/20, with 1 refeed meal
