Here's the video from the powerlifting meet I had on June 30th.
167.5kg (370lb) squat / 105kg (231lb) bench / 200kg (440lb) deadlift.
Overall pretty happy with how it went. I weighed in super light at 71.2kg which was just 100g heavier than my meet in February where I totalled 442.5kg. I drank 3 gatorades and 4 red bulls to regain some quick weight back, and I didn't feel so light in the squat rounds first up. Squats went nicely, and was confident going into bench press. Ended up missing a weight which flew up in the gym (107.5kg) the previous week, but still managed 105kg. Deadlift warm ups felt great and knew I that 200kg would be a possibility.
After 180kg and 190kg going up okay-ish, I gave 200kg a shot, and managed to lock it out with three nice, big, satisfying white lights. The best part of the meet was meeting new people who share the same passion. Many laughs and jokes were shared, and this gave a great energy going into the lifts not too stressed out and over thinking things.
Comments and thoughts appreciated brahs.
