    I only turned 17 recently too brah, just stick at it and gains will pile on. I've only been lifting six months and I haven't stopped gaining, whilst losing body fat at the same time

    Sick size, especially in your shoulders vs waist ratio, for 16 man! The only real advice I would say is (and to be fair, this could just be the angle of the 3rd pic)to spend a bit more time doing arms (including forearms). Then again I was awkward as **** at 16 so it could just be a 'growth' thing that everything balances out eventually - Still a pretty incredible base dude and you got time on your side

    this is possibly the most retarded thing manmores come out with, frame width is not relative to height at all, so i really don't see how this is a valid argument lol. I probably have a far wider scapula and ribcage than a lot of people who are your height.
