Relaxed Sunday, shot up 2.5 pounds Monday morning; slowly working that back off. This morning I was back to Sunday weight. I'm hoping I can lose something by Sunday.
Have to admit to some high frustration: I have been following a strict diet since mid-March. Lost 45 pounds by June; since then I can't go lower but by tiny increments easily regained. Was down to 1300 calories a day and running, but that wasn't working; started lifting in June, upped to 2000 for workout days and 1500 for days off. More muscle less fat, but still can't break the 200 pounds barrier. My doctor tells me I need to do 200 mins of cardio weekly to make more progress. (Not happening.) Pretty frustrated.
But Go Team Blue. I'm trying.Last edited by Beornmod; 07-19-2013 at 11:50 AM.

I have been fluctuating up and down all week. I somehow gained 1.5 lbs even staying on diet and keeping up with the workouts earlier this week. I went to bed feeling really bloated the night before to the point of looking up how to get rid of it. Too much fiber, not enough... too much water, not enough. Oh well. I missed workouts for the last two days but cut calories to make up for it by removing one meal. The suck part is that Sunday is my birthday and the wife is taking me out Saturday night. I'm going to have to workout in beastmode tomorrow to make up for those possible calories. Leg day with cardio!

Still in it. Down .6 lbs this week so far but that's a win. I've been working 15 hours a day and eating pretty poorly because I don't have time to go home or a place to store/prepare my meals. The upside is that I've been moving furniture all day in 90 plus degree heat so I am burning calories like crazy.
Still got in all of my stronglifts 5x5 workouts this week

still went hard this week and lost an additional 2 pounds from this morning (saturday) , hopefully i manage to lose a bit more for tomorrow! Haven't had a cheat meal or binge since the start of this competition except for an icecream and doing daily cardio, hopefully i get to my target weight sooner than expected!

Ive let my team down.. I gained just under 1/2 l/b this week.. I was hoping to see 256-7 this morning, but didn't, 260.3..
I had a couple of pieces of pizza last night, i think that may have lead to some water gain.. my diet for this past week has ben pretty close to where it needs to be.. feeling kind of defeated....
i WILL be down to 256-257 next sunday.. srs.. maybe more if what i am holding is water.. i do feel bloated today..HAPPILY MARRIED/LOVE MY WIFE CREW CHECKING IN..come at me, misc virgin, forever alone, woman haters.. enjoy the lonely life..
Alpha Beard Crew forever...
Should be clean shaven, but wife won't let me crew

Started the week Monday with a 2.5 pound upward spike. Thought it would come back off easily, but it didn't. Lifted heavy 3x, cardio 1x, diet was near perfect, but didn't work for me. Going to increase cardio next week. Very sorry Team Blue!!!!
