Hi guys i cant add photos because im new check my profile to see 4 month progress and tell me,
"okay its normal" or "u doing something wrong".
5' 8"
Bodyweight 165 Pounds
Benchpress 155 Pounds i can lift
3 - 4 days lifting for a week, every day different muscle group, 3 SET 8 - 12 REP
for first 2 month i got no diet and my bodyweight was hit 178 pounds.
now my first meal and last meal of day is only 1 scoop whey gold standart + Milk : 500 Calories total
so in noon i eat what ever i want (Expect Pizza) : 1000 - 1200 Calories total
my abdominals like ill never come out and I think my chest still not wide enough
bytheway, I dont shave because, girls really like it here
