I stopped drinking milk a while ago cause its for baby cows and not humans, makes me cringe to remember how I used to chug that schit. But now I dont have anything to eat my muffins with

almond milk is so damn thick and all sweet...is there anything that has the same consistency of milk and no taste?

Humans can eat more or less anything that's nutritious, and it's a huge benefit for us.

There's nothing nutritious about it. Calcium is leached from bones just to buffer the acid. But of course the FDA won;t tell you this despite countless studies, and considering everything you know is from the FDA...

Yea, I dont eat cheese or anything either. I used to chug milk but ever since I researched it I found it wasn't really as good as we've been told. Funny thing is cows actually only produce milk when they're pregnant...I wonder why nomsayin
