    height has nothing to do with it, sometimes taller people will have initial problems but it can all be fixed with mobility work and stretching

    was doing 225 with chit form (parallel or a little abv parallel) but then stopped ego lifting and lowered my weight to go atg

    this. also OP try squatting low bar if you don't already, feels much more comfortable for me, and some of my taller lifting friends prefer it to high bar.
