    Supplements to increase blood flow?

Can anyone recommend any supplements that increase blood flow in general? (Not necessarily just for workouts, just to improve overall health?)

I've seen Omega 3 Fish Oil recommended along with a few others, any suggestions?

Arginine does raise NO, but supplemental arginine does not.

unless taken in very high doses, supplemental arginine has been shown time and time again to not be as effective as originally thought in increasing NO production.

I know you are going to think I'm joking but I'm not at all. Try viagra. I did research on it and have been using it as a preworkout 2 or 3 times a week. It's beneficial in many areas, not just sex.

many used L-Arginine to increase blood flow and a better pump during the workouts (I know you said not only for working out) , but many have found the altered form of L Arginine to work much better.... Agmatine. Check out our Agmatine

I don't have samples of this one, but if you want to try some of or other products, feel free to PM me

5mg of cialis daily is as good as it gets ;-) Along with citrulline and arginine, you are set.

Arginine is recommended by a lot of cardiologists from what I've seen. I'll stick to nitrates

OP, what is the source of lack of blood flow? You can have constricted arteries, weakened ejection fraction, etc.

The cause for arginine may be very different in those with a pre-existing pathology. Same with norvaline.
