Hi there.
I'm new to preparing meals ahead of time because Ive always had time to cook every day. I have a few more commitments this year though.
I have a couple of questions about food safety though because I havent had to freeze thing much.
So. Can I cook a meal. lets say, Chicken, rice, greenbeans. Put it in seperate ziplock bags in the right amounts and then freeze it.
Is it safe to cook meat and vegetables that WERE frozen and refreeze them again? Ready to defrost in the fridge to reheat.
Thanks
