    Rate my arm<3

    Hi, been working out since januari.
    6'3½, find it really hard to build huge arms need advice..
    225 lbs (cutting to 180lbs)

    us tall guys have a hard time building up serious muscle mass because we have more of an "area" to fill since were so damn lanky, keep up the good work man! you can check out my arms on my profile, im tryin to get them guns also

    Yup, I'm tall too. My torso fills out nicely but damn do my arms still look small even after 30lbs. It sucks because people gage if you lift by seeing your arms. Just keep getting that pump brah and keep eating dem der cheeseburgers.

    I'm mostly using machines atm..

    I know dem feels. 6" master race checkin in. Chest, legs, back, and delts have exploded after my 4 months of lifting. But arms lagging behing...

    Free weights would be ideal. If your just starting and feel the need to get the motions down, machines may help you along the way. Do not rely on them fully though. Free weights all the way! (My Opinion)
