We're greatly increasing our number of females. They all began by posting bikini-spoon pics. It's not an official rule yet, but it's expected. Females are rewarded with towel pics - mostly by guys who really shouldn't be posting towel pics.

yeah, got a foam roller and started stretching after back/leg days and my tightening back problem slowed down tremendously. Squat is up to 335, and deadlift 425, stalled at both but weight has been the same for a month and was sick so just think i need to eat more. I still think i need an adjustment at a chiropractor however.
There is always someone less fortunate, with real hunger, with real adversity, who made something of themselves. What is your excuse?

no kidding. good job man those are some impressive numbers and even more at your size. yeah I hate stretching/rolling/doing maintenance but I feel it when I dont. I know I perform better when I take care of that stuff but its not fun like lifting lol.
You could also try dropping weight for a couple weeks and increase reps/sets then go back up again. Sometimes deloading will yield some great results.Last edited by phoenixr2; 06-29-2013 at 11:38 AM.

In on 1st page for once!
Seems bulking has finally started, bloated as fuark and massive strength gains. All the strength I lost from cutting came back in 2 weeks. Deadlift back to 440 and squats to 352, lost quite alot of strength from my cut and erratic lifting because of busy life so feels damn good to have it back
