I always get scared when you talk about "Real Talk". Especially given that I know your penchant for martial arts.
I am pretty sure in the fight or flight scenario, my ancestors consistently fled.

Fook, flat tire on bike. First ever time. On the way to go camping for the weekend.
If I leave now in truck I'll get there by 11ish pm assuming I can find them in the dark.
Don't really want to go atm, or spend 100 bucks on gas (on top of tow bill) for the privilege of drinking a six pack outside and sleeping in a tent for one night and spending subsequent day with a bunch of hungover dudes talking about going fishing.
Can't get a hold of buddies via cell cause they are in middle of nowhere by now.
I hate to be a bailer but imma shooting them a text message and bailing. I'll stay home and cop a buzz.

lol!
Damn, that sucks...wouldn't be keen on searching for people in the woods at night with no service either. I hope you have a good night regardless.
If it makes you feel any better, I don't even have one beer in the fridge...or any friends

Absolutely! I love to cook, and I'm always looking for new ideas. In fact, I had your szechuan chicken stirfry for lunch all week. Delicious! I had to scrap the shirataki though. I made the mistake of putting it in the freezer and ruined it. Have you ever had korean bbq? I'm having a family dinner on Sunday. I'm going to do a table-top korean bbq spread. It'll be super easy. I just have to marinate the meat, cut vegetables, and cook rice. Everyone will grill their meat and veggies themselves.
The flaxseeds add no flavor at all. They thicken the yogurt as they gel and add a nutty texture to the mix.

For the most part I try to be good and generally I am limited to what I fit on my motorcycle (I prefer motorcycle camping). I usually bring pancake mix, syrup, pasta mixes, score some eggs and beer and maybe turkey burger or turkey dogs as close to destination as possible (and hijack some space in my truck-driving buddies coolers). Some snacks to share.
The problem is a couple of the usual's buy up half a Costco in things like trail mix, chips, dip, chocolate nut clusters, cookies, all sorts of snacks. There is always an excess of salmon and usually giant shrimp, steaks (which I don't eat), and chicken. One guy doesn't even drink beer but he always brings a case of mixed microbrews for everyone else to drink.
If I drive a truck, I'll bring a cooler with more crap, mostly with the intent to share.

Very much enjoy cooking too...makes dieting more bearable when you can find new recipes to change things up. Where were you able to find those noodles at? The szechuan sauce is so good, couldn't believe it was low carb / low cal and actually flavorful. I absolutely love korean bbq!
I have some milled flaxseed in the fridge so will try sprinkling that in with the almonds next time and see how it works out.
What kind of bike do you ride?
It sounds like yall eat good as fuark out there. Wouldgocampingwith/10. Bet it's difficult not to over indulge, especially while drinking.

I use whole flaxseeds. I don't know how milled flaxseed would turn out. It might make it gummy. There are a few chinese and japanese markets around town, so it's not a problem finding shirataki noodles, either the regular kind or the ones made to simulate spaghetti or linguine.
I imagine you don't take a lot of camping gear with you. Do you bring a tent like the one in the background or just a sleeping bag?
Richard Ramirez, aka the Night Stalker, was the one I was terrified of when I was growing up. He was active around the San Francisco area when we lived there, and I remember the reports of the murders and the manhunt were on the news every night until he was caught.

This is so sad....a woman falls off a rollercoaster; http://edition.cnn.com/2013/07/20/us...ath/?hpt=hp_t3
what really hurt me is that it was a kids mother who was on the ride, and he had to suffer the rest of the ride through knowing his mom fell off
she of course died ...so tragic.www.grazethesky.com

Several new leg photos just to please MLJ so I can get her off my back(legs), probably as good as they are going to get. Not sure if thighs are going to improve unless I add a huge amount of mass there to make up for the messed up skin, or if it magically tightens.

New PR on flat bench today! 236lbs, I know it's a poverty bench press but chest/bp has been my weakest spot and stalled for a long time.
Finally gaining on it again now that I have more focus on chest, up 38lbs since restarting bulk so pretty happy with that.My story going from obese to fit while battling daily chronic headaches:

Znik it's funny how similar our stats are yet how different our compositions are. I need to get on that Norse god time.
"The hardship of the exercises is intended less to strengthen the back than to toughen the mind. The Spartans say that any army may win while it still has it's legs under it; the real test comes when all strength has fled and the men must produce victory on will alone." (Pressfield,1998, p.78)

I guess since bench has been so poor for such a long time I was due a high gain on it, probably took some time for CNS to start firing properly, the 38lbs was strength gain assume you mean the same ?
It's pretty fascinating how different body compositions can be with similar stats, guess it all comes down to how fat is stored and where the mass goes etc. Even with similar bf% two people can look vastly different with same weight etc.My story going from obese to fit while battling daily chronic headaches:

That's pretty cool that you guys have the same bike. I've never rode one before unfortunately, but always said I was going to own a dirt bike one day. soon.jpg?
My mom used to read a lot of books on serial killers / unsolved crimes and things of that nature...Dahmer was one of the first books I ever picked up of hers, believe I was about 9 years old. Really freaked me out to know that there was people like that. He has nothing on Alexander Pichushkin or Andrei Chikatilo though. Between the two of them, they've killed more than 100 people.
Ah, I forgot all about the asian markets in cali. I miss being able to pick up stuff from there. I tried to go to one here and they didn't even know what Hopia was. Left disappointed
Oh you just ensured the opposite honey, I'm all over them thangs
As for the skin, I would not be surprised if it corrects itself over time. It's my understanding that it works that way for most people. Might have to do another cut cycle eventually to smooth them out but then again, I'm not exactly knowledgeable on the process.

That's the tent I bring most of the time. I can carry about as much stuff or a little more than I'd carry on a well-laden backpacking trip, between saddle-bags, tail bag, and sometimes a tank bag. Tent/fly, bag, pad, change of clothes, food, pack stove/pan/utensils. Carefully chosen activity-related gear (e.g. fishing stuff or hiking boots).
I actually now prefer minimalist camping. I used to generally bring everything but the kitchen sink, and the friends with which I normally go camping still do, but the less I bring the more I actually find myself doing when camping. Do we go fishing, hiking, biking, shooting? Lot's of indecision, debate, and most of the guys just end up hanging around the camp nursing hangovers, drinking more beer, and smoking weed. Now, if I brought a fishing rod I'll go fishing. If I brought hiking gear I'll go hiking. Etc.
The only thing I really miss is a cot. Sleeping on the ground on a pad isn't as nice. On a plus note I'm out of bed as soon as daylight hits because laying on the lumpy ground isn't all that.
