Welcome friends!
Rules of the game are pretty simple:
1. Use ProMera's Peak 400 for 15 days
2. Then stack Peak 400 & Con-Crēt until the tubs run dry
I'm personally excited to be able to try out each, and to have the opportunity to use them together.
We'll be listing our programs, goals, other regular supps, nutrition, etc.
I'll be logging my workouts, macros, moods, events - even if I skip a workout, and the occasional quote, pic or random thought.
Upcoming will be a short intro to Peak and Cret in case you missed all the other product descriptions or are too lazy to go find it in the store while we're waiting for our goodies to arrive. Much anticipation to be had.
Ready...
Steady...
GO!

Here's a day in the life of my stash.
I'm using:
Zeal for Life Wellness - MultiVitamin and whole foods supplement
Zeal for Life Protein
Zeal Burn
Spring Valley Triple Strength Fish Oil (1400mg)

The schedule (and probably the need for a t-booster) is due to abusing myself in my 20's and early 30's. I spent about a decade and a half running on about 4 hours of sleep a night, working 2 jobs, raising 4 girls, and supporting my wife so that she could be home for them. 5-6 hours is great. I know I should get 7-8, but with the ErgoZzz I feel like I want to sleep more. I've recommended to people before, based on my own experience, to only take ZMA if you can get a solid 6 hours or more. For myself, ZMA gives me great sleep and this ErgoZzz makes me sleep HARD. Cor-ZMA did the same. I just need my wife to not wake me up in the middle of the night to go retrieve something or check something. The alternative is, if I waited until I had 7 or 8 hours sleep before hitting the weights, I'd have to hand in my card.
Truth is, no matter how much sleep I get (with few exceptions) I feel better working out than not. More energy and can get through my day better. There have been a couple occasions where I needed to sleep in an skip, but that's when you listen to your body and do what's best.

Sounds like a hell of a lot man. I can see how that put quite the strain on you. I usually get 7 hours of sleep myself. I like to hit the weights on an empty stomach in the morning. I take my fish oil daily and taking Peak 400 now every day for a log and soon to add Con-Cret into the mix. I take a Pre work out and then take Gluta-Tren as a recovery post workout. I make sure to drink a protein shake daily for the extra protein and I take Casein Protein right before sleep for the slow digestion that lasts 6-8 hours keeping my muscles fed. On cardio days I take a fat burner on an empty stomach called Capsi-Blast. Guess I have my fair share of them too lol.

Interesting...I've been looking for something that makes me fall asleep into a deeper sleep better as I frequently have trouble sleeping. Sounds like ErgoZzz is worth a look into. Also, a decade of running on 4-5 hours of sleep sounds brutal. Good to know it was a result of your responsibility and dedication to your family though!

Thanks gents. I'm getting jealous of your 7hrs sleep, BE. I do the first thing workout as well, but it seems to take me an hour or so to get my arse in gear; making my lunch, etc before I get to it. my post-wo is my first 'meal' of the day. I'll have to get back on the cottage cheese before bed deal - BUT, that doesn't mix well with the ZMA right now, so I'll settle for eating a decent dinner, winding down, then pills & bed.
mli - ZMA is the stuff! Be careful of the dreams though; I loves me some ZMA - crazy dreams!
Brad - subbing back forthwithly, sire!
I'm looking forward to the lemon-lime.
Supp plan change - when I start the Peak400, I'll be cutting out the PowerPeak - that'll help me cut 22g of carbs as well. Wait until I get to the macros part.... man, the carbs!
So, my preworkout will be my Zeal Wellness and Peak 400 - no extra stuff- no other creatine. I want to see the difference when I add Con-Crēt (2 scoops) to the mix in 15 days... get it? haha-
I should also be shopping around for a different protein. Muscle Peak, while good, has 17g recovery carbs per scoop. and post- I drink a scoop and a half to get 38g pro-pro. That doesn't give me any room to have my recommended gummi bears. (inside joke?)

I've tried to pound down the cottage cheese and just can't. I've mixed Pineapple and fruit to try to make it taste better but it's a no go for me. I'm pretty quick at throwing my clothes together, downing Pre Workout and running out the door. Gym is 10minutes away from here so it doesn't take long. After this log I don't know what I'll be trying out next haha. I hear Con-Cret it top notch and a award winning Creatine. Kinda excited to try it myself. I have been using the Body Fortress Protein since it's cheaper and has 30g per scoop with very little fat and sugar. I'm going to try out MuscleTechs Whey Protein soon and see how that tastes.

I used to buy the BF as well, for the price. Read the new labels - more g per scoop, less scoops per tub - it's just marketing. by the "whey", even Six Star (MT budget brand) > Body Fortress - taste much better. When you get a chance to put in an order on BB, parlay that BF money into one of the proteins in the store to add to an order. Several of the $20 range are quite good, like Dymatize. For me, I'd spend the extra for the COR-Whey; tastes excellent and I never get gassy.
