    questions about bulking then cutting and also the routine/program

    So now I'm trying to bulk up to 154 lbs , after I reached my goal, do I just continue the program I'm doing now to maintain the muscle or should I switch to isolation?? I'm doing SL 5x5 now

    Also what do you suggest to do to reduce the fats after reaching the goal[abs fat in particular]?? Should I do HIIT everytime during rest day or is there any better exercise?? Also shoud I go below calorie maintenance? if yes by how much



    PS: I was super ripped last time cause I'm super thin and I was a bboy/breakdancer,so I'm doing many hardcore moves like you see in gymnast.I got visible 6 packs last time even without hard flexing and now I'm bulking cause I'm tired of being so thin,the abs now slowly disappeared,I can see only the 2 packs above now so I wanna get back ripped shape after bulking, I'm also in a clean diet
