This guy at my gym is really pissing me off!

This guy hes like in his 20 hes really skinny, im only 15 but im definitely more bigger than him , he always tries to show that hes dominant in front of others, one day he took about 4 pairs of dumbbell and he put them around the bench where he does awful form db bench, and he puts his feet on one of the dumbbells, one day i needed to use of one of the dumbbells and he was using 2 pairs of dumbbells with the same amount of weight to put his feet on while he was doing db bench, and i asked him nicely can i borrow one of the dumbbell if your not using it, he cursed at me saying go back home you pussy the gym isn't for you weakling, and he keeps on intimidating me and whenever im coming to use one of the bench near the dumbbell rack he puts his stuff there so i wont take that bench.Everyone hates this guy at my gym he always takes the weight people need but never uses them.Should i tell the manager or just try to ignore him?

But if you're bigger than him, take the dumbbells, and when he asks for it back, say the same thing he says the you. Then, drop the dumbbell on his foot when he is doing db press, that should teach him.

I would go to the manager, if your gyms anything like mine they have cameras ( not sure if theres sound ) but just talk to the gym manager and say " Hey theres this guy givin me and a few other guys problems, would you mind haveing a word with him, ide also appriciate it if you left my name out of it " thats ussually all itll take and if it continues on after that just go at a different time so hes not there

Definitely take it to the manager. If you do something physical against him and get banned from the gym, then he will get the last laugh. If he swore at you and is hogging the weights, then other people must have also noticed it. Talk to the manager about it.

-Maybe you have a lifting partner? Go with him together and try to get the dumbbells again.
