im bulking on 2860 calories and today for example at 11:32 pm ive only had a chance to eat 2300, so for the extra 560 should i worry about making sure my protein/carb/fat macros are hit or should i just get the calories because i could easily have some natty pb and cottage cheese for a quick 560 cals versus preparig another meal, any advice?
