    Meeting daily macros

    im bulking on 2860 calories and today for example at 11:32 pm ive only had a chance to eat 2300, so for the extra 560 should i worry about making sure my protein/carb/fat macros are hit or should i just get the calories because i could easily have some natty pb and cottage cheese for a quick 560 cals versus preparig another meal, any advice?

    Eat something quick to meet your protein/fat macros. You can fit a protein shake and peanut butter into 560 calories easily. I would not bother trying to fix a meal that late at night unless you are just really hungry.

    brah ur bulking. just throw in some fun foods to hit your surplus cals if you can't cook. its more about consistently hitting your macros to see results, but in times like this just go for it
