    Injury, Help With A Leg Routine?

    Hey fellas, let me preface this by saying that I have a herniated disc in my back. Exercises such as Deadlifts and Squats are out the window. Even lunges bring on a bad sensation and tightness in my right glute as the disc is pressing on the nerve that travels down my right leg. So, my leg workout has been as follows.

    Leg Extensions - 3x15 (1 Leg at a time)
    Leg Press - 3x20 (Narrow then Wide 10, 10)
    Hack Squat Machine - 3x20 (Narrow then Wide 10, 10)
    Leg Extensions - 3x12

    Lying Hamstring Curls - 5x 15,12,12,10,8
    Standing Hamstring Curks - 5x 15,12,12,10,8

    Hip Abductors - 3x20



    Now, my quads have been doing well but I feel my hamstrings are lagging behind. I'm sure most haven't had to work around this injury, but any advice or workout would be of help... thanks.
