    Bicep mass growth stopped

    Hello, i started working again three months ago and although my bicep was growing pretty good now its at a phase where it hasn't changed in the past 25 days. i usually do 4 different exercises with 4-5 sets and 10 reps for biceps and usually by the last set im unable to life 15lb more than 5 times (i usually life ~40lb each arm). im taking hydro protein, BSN AMinos and sometimes Beta-Cret with the Amino as pre work. Any tips or ideas?

    Well, 3 months of growth is about all the biceps are good for. If you didn't get the desired size in 3 months you should probably just quit lifting.

    As you appear to be focussing on the growth of only one of your biceps I would drop all barbell work and just dumbell curl with the one bicep you are hoping to grow.

    You may not be using good form or eating enough, or the right food.
