There are many thousands of foods in a type supermarket. If you want to get an idea of why types of foods are available, why don't you go to the supermarket and walk around, noting what foods are on offer?

Clean bulk? If your maintenance is 2500, how about hitting your protein requirements and filling the rest with some pizza, totaling 2800 cals? As long as you're taking a multi, your bulk should be pretty clean!
