I've supplemented for over a decade (and now I just made myself feel really old...) and while my supplements have changed over time and there has been breaks of when I take supplements, I've never actually had a scheduled cycle.
Is there anyone out there that cycles their supplements? Like four weeks on, one to two weeks off?
Or are better gains found when supplements are taken consistently without breaks?
Just curious, would be interesting to see what the community has to offer on this.
