I'm assuming I'm at about 11%.
I cut from 232 lbs, and am at 185 now.
My 5/3/1 real rep maxes are currently at:
Press: 215
Bench: 270
Squat: 380
Dead: 510
(is it weird to have a higher dead than squat..?)
Given the lack of chest and abs I'm assuming it's better for me to slow bulk as opposed to cut more. My goal had been to see 179 or so, but I've been upping my calories from my cutting intake of 2400 cal/day to the 2900 I'm eating now and I haven't gained off 185. I've been at 185 for almost 4 months now, so I feel like I've settled there and am relatively happy with that.
Lastly: I'm curious about any suggestions on areas to focus on. I just finished a full cycle of the 5/3/1 BBB Challenge and am thinking more in bodybuilding terms about aesthetics and balance. Suggestions in this vein are also appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

major props on the cut, by the way!

You look fairly lean. probably around 11% but your ab genetics are ****ed up if your not sucking in
Kinda scary we have similar stats and lifts. With those numbers, your abs should be quite developed. My ava is my pic from last summer when i hit 400 on squatMy 0 calorie / low calorie review. Check it out

Yeah.. I'm not sure I'll ever see a real 6-pack, but I do think I have a heavily over-compensated lower back. I'm trying to even them out, but I'm not sure what to expect. I backed off on squats and deads for a while and really concentrated on form, but honestly, my abs really only get sore off bench pressing.
Weird.
