Classic SS for several months, then SS + accessories to finish off the year. Then moved onto 3 days TM w/ an extra assistance day.

Just started SS. Was working with a trainer on his program which was 3 days a week. Main lifts all separate days 3x5 then seemingly randomized accessory work. Pause squats, hack squats, lunges, ghr, defecit deads, rack pulls, close grip bench, dumbell bench, Gained 17 pounds in 3 months. I think he just used whatever equipment or space was free. Lol
First day of ss was today actually. Excited to see how it goes. Never done power cleans though

Saturday = DL Honeymoon Period working back to 515
Sunday = Weighted Pull-ups SDT, Step-ups SDT, Optional Light Anderson Front Squats, Heavy Dumbbell Rows SDT and Cable Rows
Tuesday = Weighted Pull-ups Intensity work, Front Squats, Shrugs and Overhead Shrugs
Wednesday = Bodyweight Pull-ups and whatever pressing work I feel like doing

Currently using Layne Norton's PHAT routine.
Best strength gains are from using Madcows on a bulk.
