    how do you build muscle?????

Correct me if I'm wrong please. I heard that high reps is the key to build muscle and harden your body. I currently want to start lowering my body % and I know I am gonna have to start doing cardio and also eating more strick. I was wondering on what rep range I should be targeting to and if i should also be doing slow motion reps???? Thanks for the help

God dammit I wish people would just abandon the high rep for toning/hardening myth as it is complete bull****. If you lighten up the weights while cutting your muscles adapt so if you want to keep as much lbm as possible lift heavy and hard none of this high rep bull****. I personally alternate between low reps (4-6) and moderate (8-12) but keep in mind these are just general parameters
