Walk around outside and smoke some bud. Drink beer / wine. Misc. I don't really talk about my problems too much. Maybe a few sentences to friends and my mom here and there. I doubt anyone wants to hear it. They have their own problems.

keep it all to myself 90% of the time

when chit gets real serious I will talk to my dad... his life experience is invaluable sometimes and he usually remains calm and collected, unlike my mom who will paint the devil on the wall.

I like to write things down . I make a list of things that are on my mind and how i can solve them

depends who/what the issue is. most of the time will just go out for a long walk with my ipod and just keep it in till it passes.

pretty much try to work through it myself 99% of the time, depending on the problem might talk to parents, but I prefer to keep the most personal serious stuff to myself

occasionally talk to a therapist/counsellor maybe once a year just about how things are going

Just went through a bad break up, partially due to working entirely to much. Took two weeks with no OT, spending some time completely alone drinking beer, relaxing and reflecting. Starting Monday life will go back to normal and ill move on, just how I do it.

This. No matter who u talk to and Wat advice u get in the end the outcome/solutions to ur problems all depend on ur final action. Sometimes we risk it and things turn out fine. Other times chit don't go as planned and we just learn from our mistakes.
