proportinately at 6ft 1 and you will have the greatest physique ever, but it doesnt work that way. He doesnt look 5ft 2 when you see him standing by himself. had he been 5ft9 or taller, he would have placed top 5 at will, but his height was a disadvantage.Originally Posted by detrimental

Currently 2 carb nights a week

He was just about as big in 02 as 03 muscularity wise. He simply missed his peak and came in flat and overdieted That cost him 30 lbs of weight and alot of pop to his muscles. We don't consider a guy who drops 20lbs of water to come in better shape to be atrophied, so calling that muscle gain is just as disingenuous.. .. His muscle gain between 02 and 03 wasn't much, maybe another 5lbs if anything. His BTFO 2002 video shows that, he looked as crazy as he did in 03, maybe moreso as his waist was smaller..Originally Posted by HydroShake
Ronnie in 97 to 98 was actual muscle gain. His lowerbody came up alot and even his top half got a little thicker. Took him from a guy outside the top to to a guy inside the top 6 during that year. And in his olympia prep time it took him to the very top.
