Did you hover at a weight and just gain a lot out of nowhere? I'd think you'd be leaner if you averaged .35 lbs a week. (20lbs/56wks)

I think you have to take it easy, if you can notice the stretch marks in your body you can tell yourself you gained a lot of fat, try to cut and if you want to keep bulking try to go clean from there, just my opinion.

Unfortunately it's 2013 and in this post Zyzz apocolypse world, people who have never set foot in a gym think getting fat is "I'm on a bulk" and stopping eating as "I'm cutting"

Thx for all the input i already started cutting going down to 170-175 definetly ate too many shushi/pizza/burger lol i got carried away with the strength gains that came with the extra weight

Don´t worry, you can fix it and you will, just keep two eyes on everything you eat.

I'd say cut back down to 10-12% and then try a leaner bulk diet. Your body should respond pretty well since you made some good strength gains this year.
