For the past 2 weeks I've been depressed as ****, I quit lifting and got weaker which just fed the depression loop. I've been addicted to opiates in the past and I've been craving them badly due to my depression. I couldnt even score though. All dealers were dry. Last night I got barely any sleep and so this morning I had less motivation than ever to lift or do much of anything. Even watching TV sucked. For some reason it crossed my mind to induce mild water intoxication by drinking a **** ton of water. I basically just spent an hour drinking as much water as possible. 5 or 6 .5Liter dasani water bottles (this was excessive, 4 wouldve probably done the trick) . By the 3rd water bottle I felt 10x better I/m not even exaggerating. Lately, I haven't even had the motivation to step outside or do the laundry. I just lifted easily today but I feel like I couldve gone way harder. (Im doing ss i dont want to stall) 185 lb squats 3x5 felt super light (I was at 245 2 weeks ago but Ive gotten so weak). I put on some music and had a great sense of well being that I havent had since the last time i got high lol. I didnt feel messed up or anything, not really euphoric but still my mood was greatly increased. Great sense of well being. It wasnt even that much of a hassle either, drinking that much was not difficult in any way. I'll make sure do do this every day from now on. Although not to this extreme. Hopefully this post will be useful to some with motivation issues. Dont go overboard with it people have died doing this, and i expect some people will flame me for that reason.

I mean I know you could drink too much water / flush out all your electrolytes / rupture stomach yada yada etc - die.
Didn't think drinking too much water would provide good feelings of intoxication say - like alcohol would. Thought if anything you would just make yourself feel bloated/nauseous at best.1. Chase the Pump. 2. Keep Your Mind on Your Muscles. 3. Visualize Performance. 4. Strike a Pose. 5. Go Heavy!

Which is why I was super confused why the OP would even attempt to give himself mild water intoxication. Sounded to me like since his dealers were " dry " etc he was trying to get a buzz from it. Maybe I misread that and he was in fact, trying to flush all the opiates/crap out of his system.

By drinking that much water you throw off your balance of electrolytes and people have actually died from it. =/
