    oatmeal + yogurt

    who here mixes the two i want to try mixing one cup oats with one cup vanilla yougurt and add a handfull of fresh blueberries or cut up strawberries or bananas anybody

    I don't do it personally, but it sounds quite tasty. I've mixed yogurt with granola and strawberrys. Tastes really good.

    That is very tasty, for best results let it sit and soften for a few hours on the fridge and if you like flax oil add some of that - tastes awesome.

    BTW, it needs more protein. Mix in some fruity or chocolate protein powder. Or maybe some diced chicken even.

    well this will be my break fast i just figured out the numbers 20 g protein 88g carb(the yougurt has 34 33 of those from sugar YIKES my mom bought wrong one gotta go back to the store with her) 9 g fat 500 calories plus i drink two scoops of ON 100% gold standard whey

    Naw I use unsweetened granola, very good for you. Plus the dannon yogurts with splenda aren't so bad either.

    I'll use plain non fat yogurt with grape nuts, skim milk and whey for breakfast sometimes. Or postworkout ill take the yogurt and put it with oats, whey and mixed berries.
