    No Such Thing as Overtraining??

So I've come across some youtubers like CTFletcher and Supermutant. CTFletcher worked his arms every day for 1 1/2 years before, and Supermutant worked his arms about 3 times a week. To the typical bodybuilder, this seems like overtraining for the arms. But hey, these guys ended up with like 22 inch arms and bigger.

So now I'm thinking, right now I'm doing a 4 day split - chest & tris, back & biceps, shoulders & legs, rest, and repeat

With these big guys claiming there's no such thing as overtraining, should I make the rest day another arm day or chest day or something rather than sitting around doing nothing? (Prefer arm day since that's my main goal is to get big arms)

Overtraining in itself does not exist. You can overtrain yourself in correlation with your current situation. You can always add food, add sleep, and add hormones in order to train more. All depends on how much you want to put into it.

Generally, it's very hard to overtrain on a simple lifting routine.

There are a NUMBER of factors that come into play when talking about overtraining..
    - Insufficient calorie intake
    - Not taking rest days
    - Sleep
    - etc

I'm relation I tried the no days off things, hopped on the bench without ample recovery time, and is 75% of my max and it was heavy as ****. I actually felt horrible after that and left with a sluggish body.
