I think the case will come down to a manslaughter charge. If Zimmerman started a conflict while carrying, then he's partially at fault. You don't go starting fights while carrying. You avoid them like the plague because you might have to use a gun if you do get in one.

From the physical evidence it appears more likely Zimmerman was screaming seeing as he had hid nose broken and back of his head gashed up.
