7oz skim milk/scoop works fine for me. 4oz plus 1 scoop = thicker than pudding though.

That's because it's primarily whey isolates , it mixes so easy you could use a chopstick

12oz ff milk per scoop is borderline too thick for me. I couldn't imagine enjoying 2 scoops in 14oz, even if it's water. Lol

No my last 3 proteins where giant sports (the thickest protein ive used prior to phase 8) and arguably my favorite, cellucor and trutein

Do u guys that have no issues w/ thickness mix it immediately then drink or do u mix it the night before b/c I mix mine the night before so when I get back from the gym I can just drink a cold shake from the fridge Ive noticed when u let protein drinks sit it thickens them up

But I love the thickness this isnt a complaint by no means i get my vanilla today from my 2nd phase 8 order and cant wait to try but I just think the suggested liquid should be around the 18-20 ounce area

GS protein is way thicker than Phase8 in my experience. They just so happen to be my two favorite blends though.

I pour in the 14 oz. of water, then add two scoops of Phase8. I shake the blender bottle for about 15 seconds and it is perfect. Nowhere near to thick in my opinion.
