WettyB, I don't know if this has been brought up, but have you thought about seeking sponsorship from a supp company as part of your journey? I don't know if you would get paid, but you'd get free supps, I think. Even some free boxes of protein bars, protein powders or whatever would be awesome for something you're doing anyway.
Yeah, if you get past the whole e-stats bullschit of the Misc, it can def be a pretty motivational forum*Beer Crew* *Bourbon and Scotch Crew* *Cardamom in My Coffee Crew* *Catbrah Crew* *Chicago Crew* *Coffee Crew* *Cologne Crew* *Dates Older Women Crew* O===}DBZ Crew{===O *Egyptian Crew* *First Beat the Elite 4 While on the Toilet Crew* *Maghrebi Crew* *Mediterranean Crew* *Middle-Eastern Crew* *Miscers Who Lift Crew* *Miscs While on the Toilet Crew* *Takes Too Long on the Toilet Crew*

Are there any thyroid problems in your family history Wettybrah ? Broccoli is a great food but it's good to be aware that they are part of a class of vegetables along with Brussels sprouts which don't suit everyone by affecting the thyroid gland of some people with under active thyroids especially if you eat them a lot . I wonder if your thyroid contributed to your weight gain in the first place. You need to get your whole health checked from different angles like that. I'm on my phone here so can't easily post info about this but you can google "broccoli + thyroid" and you will see it's not good for everyone .
Ps no idea why there's an angry face in the subject line ... Phone can't edit it out :/Latest Infractions Received (1 point(s) total) 03-05-2014 09:43 PM

Iron is the least complicated thing in my life. The weight doesn't talk back to me, it just is. And I can either lift it or I cant. If I cant, someday I will!

moist mammories, Great job bro I speak for all of us when I say keep it up.
Question, when are you planning on stepping up your cardio. I understandingly don't know what it's like to even try and move at your weight, but sooner or later you're going to need to start ramping up your heart rate. Do you have a goal when you want to try and run (walk or jog) around your block? Is a gym membership in the near future?
You're doing great and just wanted to know when your goal to really start ramping it up is?

not that I know of
I already have stepped up my cardio a lot. I did vigorous walking the last 3 nights in a row and even got in some today (4th night) though admittedly less than the last 3 due to soreness. I still am a massive weight with gigantic leg issues so I don't think I will be running for a bit, especially until that gets sorted out.
hey hey, how goes it? hope you are enjoying the weekend thus farLast edited by Wetbreasts; 12-07-2013 at 08:28 PM.

Looking considerably thinner in your videos man, you should also get on routinely compressing your legs.
Edit: also you should add in measurements with the measuring tape every month :PLast edited by livelylift; 12-09-2013 at 02:51 AM.

wet b with all these stamina gains and weight loss how much more mobile do you feel from when you first started? is it a noticeable difference? is getting around easier?
-
12-09-2013, 04:04 PM #6119
Oh so much more mobile, it is extremely noticeable and its nice being able to stand long enough to do things like make my own meals and coffee, stuff like that.
No I haven't gone since I became a full recluse. It definitely would be in the realm of possibility soon(392.4 lbs pounds lost so far)
