Thanks bro! Goal for now is to maintain 180 and under while slowly adding in calories. Some days its hard and I go over, as it takes a lot more willpower to not go over when there is no show in sight lol.
I weighed in at 179 today, but also been pretty inactive as far as cardio goes last 3 days due to extreme heat. Planning on doing some HIIT on my bike on way to work in morning though, as it should be cooler!

While training back felt tightness and sharp pain in back, this is probably due to training my back so often. It will adapt though, need my back to grow!
Also been getting pain in my left wrist. Thinkin its time to get some joint support and maybe a pair of wrist wrapsOn the Gain Train!

Thoughts
Was the first time in a while I was in gym for 1 hour and 41 minutes! I am usually out of there within an hour. I can definitely say though that this workout kicked my ass and I loved every minute of it. I have been out of pre workouts for a while and decided to try "Push" by Perfect Nutrition, they are sold by the scoop at my gym. Gave me a great workout and definitely impressed by it. I am either going to get that or Dr. Jekyll, we will see!
As far as macros, hitting them spot on so far, will post my macros for today tomorrow when the day is finishedOn the Gain Train!

Other than not figuring out the GHR the workout went great! I have a better idea now for next time so the GHRs wont be a problem . I am rather disappointed at my strength thus far, my squat is a lot worse than it used to be. I am confident though that I will be able to bring it back up and then some!
Anyways that is it for now, tomorrow is my Chest, Shoulder and Tricep Power workout! On the Gain Train!

Was a great workout, however I am dying for a pre workout! Also need to get new headphones as my cat decided to chew on mine . Loving the Pendly Rows! It is a great powerlifting exercise!
Anyway that is it for now, tomorrow is an off day for the weights, but will be going in to do some HIIT. Tonight I have a nice date planned for my girlfriend for her birthday. Going for dinner in Yorkville at a Italian Restaurant then will be going Salsa dancing! I have never been but should be fun

I've been slackin on your thread. So many things.
First, Salsa dancing...legit. A great time. But, then I was a dance instructor at studios for years on and off.
Workouts lookin sharp. How are you liking the change in programming?
Pendlay rows...gon' be blowin that back up.
How's the new team?
How's the mentality being back on macros?
And what effect are you planning on deriving from the dextrose? I understand the theory, but what's your take?
Hahaha...madd questions and comments."The code of Bushido is harsh and relentless."

So I havn't updated this weekend due to having a completely messed up schedule. My sleep has been all over the place due to having to work night shifts Friday and Saturday night with no time to switch from days to nights. My gym schedule/eating schedule got completely messed up. Hopefully this doesn't happen again with work, as it was a big festival here and Toronto and had to set up for it.
Anyway, today I will be hitting Chest/Delts,Tris Hypertrophy/Drop Set, I am still pretty tired but gonna down a pre workout and hopefully wake up! lolOn the Gain Train!

Those GHRs....damn them. I've only ever done them one time in all of my years training. It literally felt like my ham and glute were getting ripped off the bone. Hurt so bad. I haven't had too many issues with getting decent leg development as they are one of my stronger body parts, but if I ever need to get more ham/glutes going on, these are where it's at to be sure.

Quick Update
So not gonna do a big write up as I am just about to go to bed, but just wanted to say that my strength feels like it is finally out of that sticking point! I am increasing at least 5lbs on all lifts! My upper body power day I threw up 270lbs x 2, if I keep going I will be back to my max which was 285 x 5!
On the Gain Train!
