    Cool Rep Count, please share

Whats better for building overall muscle mass ? Less Reps 1-6 or more 7-12 ?

Ive always been around alot of rep ranges , but now ive stuck to low reps high weight .

Does low Rep high weight build more mass ? Or low weight high reps ? Please share your thoughts and or cold hard facts . Thanks Guys p.s had a good back/ shoulders day today

1-5 works strength, and around the range of 8-12 works hypertrophy (muscle growth)

Overall would be hypertrophy 8-12 reps, I never got bulky going for strength, just stayed lean. With hypertrophy I got alot of striations and a crazy pump,I'm makin all kindz of gains now. I would mix the two rep ranges for strength and size.

Generally, I'd go with lower reps for compounds and higher reps for isolations. What matters most in regard to LBM gain is that you eat sufficiently in a surplus and apply progressive overload however.
