Would it be okay If I switched it up every week? one week I go 10-12 and the other 6-8 Ive been doing 10-12 for around a year now and thought It would be good to good heavy now, thoughts anyone? and if so are there any benefits? cause I have been stuck at the same weight for awhile now.

Working out has nothing to do with your weight. If you're stuck at the same weight it means you aren't eating enough. Up your calories by 200 and check weight progress in a month, if your still the same add another 200 and keep upping cals till you see the scale going up. Lifting heavier wouldn't hurt either.
