all in the title brahs...i feel like im getting too much sugar but carbs and calories dont come easy eating clean.

1. There's no such thing as "eating clean".
2. Sugar is fine, but what you SHOULD care about is getting too many calories. (If your goal is to cut, or lose weight).
3. There's plenty of sugar in fruit, and it's delicious. Yet I gurantee you if you turned on your TV, you'd see a weight loss ad or two, telling Americans to eat as many strawberries as possible.. and they'ed be perfectly fine. Semi srs
