Hi, I'm new to this website. I am an active person, been working out for years. I'm 21 and female. I am by no means fat, but I do have a lil chub on me. I am pretty sure if I could control my diet better, I'd be in my 'perfect' shape. Does anyone have tips on how I can control my chocolate cravings, or 'junk food' cravings? Usually 5days out of 7 I eat very good, but that's not enough. Thanks!
