Question.. Does anything change as far as diet/cardio once sub 10? I'm literally trying to go for the same goal with deadlift only at 7% because I don't compete. It is all just simply calories in vs calories burned once into single digits?1RM
Bench: 275
Squat: 415
Deadlift: 525
OHP: 200

Looking, shredded on top of shredded now. How big are your arms now you're nearing 150lbs? How big were they before the cut? Also, the protein slurry desert thing that you had with your cereals in one of the earlier videos, is that the same sort of stuff as this? Are you on creatine at the moment? If so when / are you going to cut that out? (Or do you not think the water retention will matter?)

damn man! I was told i was at mid 8% BF and i am no where near as huge / cut as you. you def. have a lot more muscle underneath and or are at like 7% or under i'd guess. Nice work man! Gives me motivation for sure. Good luck with your goal! I'll sub ya on youtube as well. good stuff.

Couple things, so low bodyfat makes you freeze? We've had 90 degree days with crazy humidity this month.
Oh, all the mcd's have 79 cent coffee in wny so check that out.

Funny...Dude in the blue shirt looked proud as a peacock after he finished that grueling set of 4 sloppy "power" flies. However, have to say the other dude didn't look like a newb.
Joe...do you agree they need to make the boxes of Fiber one bigger? Feel like I fly through a box like every 3 days or so. Need to find somewhere I buy that stuff in bulk.

Still on my cut, how often are you showing us a refeed? Seems like you eat an ass load of fiber 1, I'm not sure if these are refeed days or if you eat that many simple carbs everyday. I just relish my 3/4 cup in the morning lol, seeing you over here at like 4+ servings per day.
