Question.. Does anything change as far as diet/cardio once sub 10? I'm literally trying to go for the same goal with deadlift only at 7% because I don't compete. It is all just simply calories in vs calories burned once into single digits?

it depends on the body...I would let time run its coarse if your not losing either drop a bit cal wise..or up cardio I hope this helps

Also, the protein slurry desert thing that you had with your cereals in one of the earlier videos, is that the same sort of stuff as this? Are you on creatine at the moment? If so when / are you going to cut that out? (Or do you not think the water retention will matter?)

thanks I love me some marvel characters///not sure how big they were or are no I never go into the whole measuring thing....as far as creatine I am taking it whatever is in my preworkout drink...and I don't plan on cutting it out....people say all the time Im holding water your not holding water your really just holding onto some fat...My video today will have a full day of eating stay tuned

damn man! I was told i was at mid 8% BF and i am no where near as huge / cut as you. you def. have a lot more muscle underneath and or are at like 7% or under i'd guess. Nice work man! Gives me motivation for sure. Good luck with your goal! I'll sub ya on youtube as well. good stuff.

Still on my cut, how often are you showing us a refeed? Seems like you eat an ass load of fiber 1, I'm not sure if these are refeed days or if you eat that many simple carbs everyday. I just relish my 3/4 cup in the morning lol, seeing you over here at like 4+ servings per day.
