hey guys,
quick background: been training about 4 years. didn't do LP as a noob. feelsbadman.
fast forward 3 years. had decent foundation, started tracking macros, bulked for a year (sadly), currently prepping for bb shows.
last powerlifting meet in december 2013: 184.5lb BW, squat 420, bench 290, deadlift 540.
after I'm done competing, can I expect to see some noobs gains again? I want to get on an LP so that I can make the fastest progress possible. however, I've never been on an lp before?
are there any good or bad LPs out there? stronglifts, starting strength, ice cream fitness, greyskull, etc?
tldr? cliffs:
are there any LP programs that are better or worse than another?
in what order would be the best? ex. straight 5x5 sets to pyramid or 2x5, 1x5+
hope this post makes sense and I get some feedback based on everyone's experiences.
