    Training Partner

What has your experience been with one? Do you seem to have better progress when teaming with a lifting partner, or does your progress seem to be hindered?

Any of you lovely ladies looking for a weight training partner in the Orlando, Florida area?

A gym partner can be great if they're goals & dedication are similar to yours.

However, if they don't know what they're doing & are constantly bit*hing about being at the gym, etc; then you're best to workout alone.

I workout with my coach a couple times a week. Esp on the days I need extra motivation.

I really liked having a training partner. I trained with my husband for a while to push me to new limits but I do find that I tend to workout harder on my own. No distractions, just put my earphones in and do work.

I have my pros and cons about it. When I'm lifting with someone I can sometimes push a little harder just because someone is amping me up, but at the same time I don't like to be distracted with convo and laughs. I work out with my partner maybe once or twice a week of she asks me, otherwise, I ride solo.bi like it that way
